Colbert Talks Green Collar Jobs With Van Jones
Check out this interview with Green For All president Van Jones on how green collar jobs will benefit the economy by providing lower socioeconomic groups with jobs and getting rid of a “pollution industry.”

First “Green” Stadium in Washington, D.C.

The Washington Nationals kicked off their season in their new eco-friendly baseball park this week. It is the first green professional stadium in the U.S., stated the U.S. Green Building Council.
The new stadium received certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) council last week.

Seattle Area Fires Linked to Eco-Terrorism

Four multi-million dollar homes went up in flames in Maltby, Washington, with evidence indicating that an eco-terrorist organization had burned down the buildings, claiming the buildings were not green enough.

As more homeowners become conscious of their environmental impact and the significant health risks that conventional building poses, a market for green building has been steadily growing over the last decade. What Is LEED?
