Step 3 in the plan to get all plastic grocery store bags eliminated from use in major US super markets was completed today as the digital press release was run on the PR WEB wires. The official headline / summary reads:
Green Eggs and Planet generates e-petition for national distribution, demanding that all major U.S. super markets take an environmental stand and abolish the use of all disposable plastic grocery bags.
Within hours, the press release was picked up by Yahoo News, generating widespread readership and excellent coverage.
